Important: This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to licensed financial professionals accessing the WealthBridge Financial Group Onboarding & Training Portal. It describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information in connection with your use of this Platform. 1. Overview

WealthBridge Financial Group ("WealthBridge," "Firm," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal and professional information you provide when accessing our internal Onboarding & Training Portal ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to keep it secure. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you access and use the Platform, WealthBridge may collect the following categories of information:

Information You Provide Directly:

  • Full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Professional licensing information, including license type, number, and state of registration
  • FINRA CRD number and affiliation details
  • Employment history and professional background submitted during onboarding
  • Electronic signatures and acknowledgment records for onboarding documents
  • Training completion records, quiz results, and certification submissions

Information Collected Automatically:

  • Login timestamps, session duration, and access logs
  • Device type, operating system, and browser information
  • IP address and general location data
  • Pages visited, modules accessed, and activity within the Platform

3. How We Use Your Information

WealthBridge uses the information collected through the Platform exclusively for the following internal business purposes:

  • Managing and tracking your onboarding progress and completion status
  • Assigning, delivering, and recording required training modules and compliance certifications
  • Verifying your licensing credentials and affiliation status with WealthBridge
  • Communicating with you regarding onboarding requirements, deadlines, and Platform updates
  • Maintaining records required by FINRA, the SEC, and applicable state regulators
  • Monitoring Platform usage to ensure security, compliance, and appropriate access
  • Investigating any suspected violations of Platform Terms and Conditions or firm policy

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your onboarding and training with WealthBridge Financial Group.

4. How We Share Your Information

WealthBridge does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Within WealthBridge: Your information may be accessed by authorized WealthBridge personnel including Compliance, HR, IT, and management staff with a legitimate need to support your onboarding or training
  • Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose information to FINRA, the SEC, state securities regulators, or other government authorities as required by law, regulation, or formal legal process
  • Service Providers: We may share information with vetted third-party technology providers who support the operation of the Platform, subject to confidentiality agreements prohibiting further disclosure or use
  • Legal Proceedings: We may disclose information where required by subpoena, court order, or other valid legal obligation

In all cases, we limit sharing to only what is necessary for the stated purpose.

5. Data Retention

WealthBridge retains information collected through the Platform for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. Specifically:

  • Onboarding records and signed acknowledgments are retained for a minimum of six (6) years in accordance with SEC and FINRA recordkeeping requirements
  • Training completion records and certifications are retained for the duration of your affiliation with WealthBridge and for a minimum of three (3) years following termination of affiliation
  • System access logs and activity records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years or as otherwise required by applicable regulation

When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention procedures.

6. Data Security

WealthBridge Financial Group implements reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information collected through this Platform from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission using industry-standard TLS protocols
  • Access controls limiting Platform data to authorized personnel only
  • Multi-factor authentication required for all Platform logins
  • Regular security monitoring and system audits
  • Secure data storage in compliance with applicable regulatory standards

Security Incident Reporting If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or a potential breach of your personal information on this Platform, notify WealthBridge immediately at info@wealthbridgefg.com or (212) 986-0400. Do not attempt to investigate or resolve a suspected breach on your own.

7. Your Rights & Responsibilities

As a user of this Platform, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access: You may request a summary of the personal information WealthBridge holds about you in connection with the Platform by contacting info@wealthbridgefg.com
  • Correction: If you believe any information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request a correction by contacting info@wealthbridgefg.com
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit through the Platform during onboarding is accurate, current, and complete

Please note that certain information collected through this Platform may be subject to mandatory regulatory retention requirements, which may limit our ability to delete or modify records upon request.

8. Cookies & Tracking

The Platform may use session cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session, track training progress, and ensure the proper functioning of Platform features. These cookies are session-based and do not track your activity outside of the Platform. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking tools on this Platform.

9. No Collection of Client Data

This Platform is not designed or intended for the input, storage, or processing of any client financial data, account information, or personally identifiable client information. Financial Professionals must not enter any client data into this Platform under any circumstances. This Platform is strictly limited to onboarding and training activities related to the Financial Professional's own affiliation with WealthBridge.

WealthBridge will acknowledge receipt of all privacy inquiries within five (5) business days and will respond substantively as promptly as circumstances allow. All official communications from WealthBridge regarding your Platform account and privacy matters will be sent to the contact information on file for your account.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

WealthBridge Financial Group reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Any material changes will be posted within the Platform and communicated via email to the address on file for your account. 12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law, including SEC Regulation S-P (Privacy of Consumer Financial Information) where applicable. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the WealthBridge Financial Group Terms and Conditions.
