1. Platform Purpose & Scope

This portal ("Platform") is provided exclusively to support the onboarding and professional training of licensed financial professionals affiliated with WealthBridge Financial Group ("WealthBridge," "Firm," "we," or "us"). The Platform is intended solely for the completion of onboarding tasks, required compliance certifications, and assigned training programs. It is not intended for client management, trading, or any other advisory activities.

2. Eligibility & Access

Access is limited to individuals who are:

• Licensed financial professionals currently affiliated with WealthBridge Financial Group
• In the active onboarding process or enrolled in a WealthBridge-assigned training program
• In possession of valid login credentials issued directly by WealthBridge

Your credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login access with any other individual is strictly prohibited. WealthBridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time without prior notice.

3. Authorized Use

You may use this Platform only for the following purposes:

• Completing assigned onboarding documentation, disclosures, and acknowledgment forms
• Participating in required compliance and regulatory training modules
• Reviewing firm policies, procedures, and onboarding materials provided by WealthBridge
• Submitting completed training records and certifications as directed by WealthBridge

Any use of the Platform outside of these authorized purposes — including accessing, downloading, or sharing materials for personal benefit or outside business activities — is strictly prohibited.

4. Confidentiality

All materials, documents, training content, and firm information accessible through this Platform are proprietary and confidential to WealthBridge Financial Group. You agree to:

• Keep all Platform content strictly confidential and not share it with any unauthorized individual or third party
• Use Platform materials solely for the purpose of completing your assigned onboarding or training requirements
• Not reproduce, screenshot, download, or distribute any training content, policy documents, or proprietary materials accessible through this Platform

These confidentiality obligations remain in effect following the completion of your onboarding or training, and survive the termination of your affiliation with WealthBridge Financial Group.

5. Data & Privacy

WealthBridge Financial Group collects and processes personal and professional information you provide through this Platform — including your name, contact information, licensing details, and training completion records — for the sole purpose of managing your onboarding and training process. Your information will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties. WealthBridge maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information collected through this Platform.

6. Notifications & Communications

All notices, communications, and inquiries related to your use of this Platform — including questions about training requirements, onboarding status, technical support, and account access — must be directed to:

WealthBridge will send all official platform notifications, training deadlines, and onboarding communications to the contact information on file for your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date.

7. Completion Requirements

You are responsible for completing all assigned onboarding tasks and training modules by the deadlines communicated by WealthBridge. Incomplete onboarding or training may delay your ability to begin client-facing activities or result in suspension of your affiliation. WealthBridge reserves the right to modify assigned training requirements at any time, with notice provided via the Platform or by email.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, documents, and resources available through this Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of WealthBridge Financial Group or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, license, or interest in any Platform content beyond what is necessary to complete your assigned onboarding and training obligations.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access areas of the Platform beyond your assigned training or onboarding scope
• Sharing, forwarding, or publishing any training content or firm materials outside the Platform
• Submitting false or inaccurate information during the onboarding process
• Attempting to circumvent or bypass any Platform security measures or authentication requirements
• Using the Platform for any purpose unrelated to your onboarding or training requirements

10. Violations & Consequences

Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension of Platform access, termination of affiliation proceedings, and — where applicable — referral to FINRA, the SEC, or other relevant regulatory authorities. WealthBridge reserves all rights to pursue appropriate legal remedies for violations involving unauthorized disclosure of confidential materials or misuse of Platform access.

11. Disclaimer

This Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis for internal onboarding and training purposes only. WealthBridge makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from system downtime or technical issues. Training content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute legal, investment, or regulatory advice.

12. Amendments

WealthBridge Financial Group reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the Platform and will take effect upon posting. 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of this Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in New York, New York, except where FINRA arbitration is required by applicable regulation.
