Step 1: Set Up Your National Life Account

Start by logging in at www.nationallife.com to create your password. This must be completed before accessing your email account.

• Account User ID: Provided in your Welcome Email from National Life
• Password:
  • If you've logged in before, use the password you previously created.
  • First login format: [lowercase first initial][last 4 of SSN][UPPERCASE state abbreviation]$ — Example: m1234VT$

Step 2: Access Your NLGroup Email

Access your email via Outlook Web Access or the Outlook desktop application.

• Email Address Format: (lastname)_(first)@nlgroupmail.com
• User Name: Provided in the email from National Life
• Password: Same as your National Life website password

Step-by-Step Instructions (Outlook Web)

1. Go to Outlook Web Access.
2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) → Settings.
3. Search for "Email signature" and open the signature settings.
4. Paste your signature, then check Automatically include my signature on new messages and on replies/forwards.
5. Click Save.

You can manage your Direct Deposit information directly in the Commission Payment Portal.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to the National Life Group Agent Portal.
2. From the Compensation menu, select Commission Payment Portal.
3. Open the Pay section to update your banking information.

Reminder: Validate all direct deposit information before the commission cut-off date to ensure processing for the next pay cycle.
